digiKam red eyes correction tool re-written from scratch

digiKam 0.9.2 is in the way...
I'm working hard in svn to provide new features for next release. I have especially re-written the Red Eyes Correction tool to work like all similar non-free tools available under Windows...
The new tool provide a way to blur the eye pupil and colorize the content with a dedicaced tint! Also, you can see a preview of the correction apply to picture on the tool dialog.
You can see a preview of the new tool in action in the screenshot section
With this new tool version, you can forget the black hole eyes on your pictures...
