digiKam port to Cmake, QT4, and KDE4

The shared libraries libkipi, libkdcraw, and libkexiv2 are already ported. I have also ported 3 kipi-plugins: WallPaper, TimeAdjust, and JPEGLossLess.
The goal of digiKam KDE4 port is to have a stable release at KDE4 release date.
In svn, we have now 2 branches where we works:
KDE3 source code is in branches/extragear/kde3
KDE4 source code is in trunk/extragear
KDE3 branch will be used to provide the next stable digiKam 0.9.3 witch will be a bugfix release and an update for all translations.
