New Black and White converter plugin for Image Editor

After following the tips from pro-photographer Daniel Bauer, i have improved the black and white convertion tool available in Image Editor and ShowFoto. The collection of tone presets is now more readable in a dedicaced settings tab and a new tab is now available to set a fine lightness adjustement using a standard Luminosity curves and a constrast slider.

Differentiation of filters and tonal colorization
I very much like the new distinction between b/w filters and color toning. For example, now you can apply an orange filter and give it platinum tone afterwards. Thats's really great! To make things even better there are preview thumbnails of all setting available.
